Account info (name, email), profile details you choose to share, sessions and clubs you join, payment metadata (we never store full card numbers), device and usage analytics, and approximate location when you use map features.

To operate the Service, match you with relevant sessions and clubs, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve product quality. KILANY (M) SDN BHD never sells your personal data.

With other users (only what you make visible on your profile), with payment processors, with service providers under strict confidentiality, and where legally required.

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time from Settings or by emailing us. After deletion there is a 30-day grace recovery window.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication when available.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including Malaysia PDPA and EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.

We use AI to surface relevant sessions, generate recommendations, and assist with content moderation. AI decisions are reviewable; you can adjust AI personalization in Settings → Data & Security.

We use essential cookies for authentication and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control non-essential tracking from your device settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Data may be processed outside your country, including in Malaysia where KILANY (M) SDN BHD is registered. We use contractual safeguards where required by law.

We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
